Refund and Exchange

We offer refund or exchange for defective or damaged products within the 15 days of purchase or date of receipt if purchased was made online. After the expiry of the 15 days the offer will lapse and becomes void. For refund or exchange request, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received accompanied by proof of purchase invoice. It shall be subjected to the Company’s due inspection for authenticity of claim. A refund when approved will be in the form of our Company’s voucher for future purchase of similar product. An exchange when approved will be for similar product.

Return your product via shipment to Dr Greenthumb Factory, Lot 2731E, Jalan Baru Sungai Buloh, off Jalan Industri 8, Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, 47000 Shah Alam,  Selangor, Malaysia. The shipping cost for returns will be borne by claimant.
